Frank Tartaglia is not new to the railroad business. We are an established railroad contractor with ninety eight years as a construction unit. In the last twenty two years we have developed into a nationally known Hirail and equipment sales company as well.

The refurbished 1800's Baggage car serves as a unique accent to the building that houses both our business office and our maintenance shop. We conduct business meetings in the car!
